Terms of use

Using the site
InvoicePress is free to use for making invoices and similar documents for your own lawful business. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your invoices are your responsibility
The site formats what you enter and does the arithmetic. You are responsible for checking that each document is correct and meets the legal and tax requirements that apply to you, including tax rates, registration numbers and deductions.
Not professional advice
The templates and guides are general information. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. Rules differ between countries and change over time, so check with the tax authority or a qualified adviser if you are unsure.
Your data
Your information is stored in your browser, not by us. It can be lost if you clear your browsing data, switch device or browser, or use private browsing. Keep the PDFs you download, and use the backup option under Your invoices. We cannot restore lost data.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, without guarantees. We may change or withdraw any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including errors in a document made with it.
Adverts and links
The site shows third-party adverts and links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
