The short version

What you type into InvoicePress stays on your device. We do not have accounts, and we do not receive or store your invoices, your clients’ details or your logo. The site shows adverts from Google, which uses cookies.

Information stored on your device

To remember your business details, saved clients, invoice numbers, invoices and your light or dark theme, the site uses your browser’s local storage. This information:

  • is stored only in the browser you used
  • is not sent to us or to anyone else
  • stays until you delete it, clear your browser’s site data, or use a private browsing window that discards it

You can remove individual invoices under Your invoices, or remove everything by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show adverts. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure adverts, and may show adverts based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.

  • Visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for their consent choices when they first visit.
  • You can turn off personalised advertising from Google in Google Ads Settings.
  • Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Hosting

The site is delivered by a hosting provider. Like every web server, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to send you the pages and to keep the service secure.

Emails

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply and for no other purpose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of personal information held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Because your invoice data is held only on your device, you already control it. For anything else, email hello@invoicepress.app. UK residents can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
